Flight Recorders - set the maximum size for BRMS flight recorder

The maximum flight recorder size can be set using the BRMS flight recorder size field in the the system policy.

The allowed values support a minimum of 1 Mb and the maximum is 999Mb.

The BRMS installed default value is 50 Mb.
