Use Compaction on Tapes Duplicated with DUPMEDBRM

Data compaction is supported for the to volume on the Duplicate Media using BRM (DUPMEDBRM) command.

The Data compaction (COMPACT) parameter on the DUPMEDBRM command can be used to indicate whether to use data compaction on the to volume.
