Using ASPnn in control groups or SAVLIBBRM command

When using *ASPnn for the library name on the SAVLIBBRM command or the Saved Item in a control group, only saves of the user libraries from basic user auxiliary
storage pool nn.  The valid range of nn is 01 to 32 and must include the leading "0" for basic user ASPs 1-9.

When specifying *ASPnn, parallel-parallel saves are not allowed and the save will be done to a single tape.
