Modify BRMS to stop using Ping
BRMS runs the Verify TCP/IP Connection (PING) command before every BRMS activity that involves communications to ensure the BRMS network is active.
The following command can be used to configure BRMS to stop using the PING command:
CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QUSRBRM/Q1ANOPING) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(1)
