BRMS Enterprise Networks do not use traditional BRMS Network configuration. Node communication can be configured on the Hub by clicking the ‘Communications’ tab on the Node Properties panel. The Enterprise Hub Center indicates whether a Node in the Enterprise Network is communicating with the Hub. If the Hub Center indicates that a Node is not communicating, take the following steps to help determine what the problem is:

  1. On the Hub Center panel, locate a Node that has the 'BRMS Status' field set to 'Not connected' or the "BRMS PTF" field is '*NONE'.
  2. Select the Properties action for the Node to view the properties for the Node.
  3. Review the properties on the Communications tab for the Node. Click the OK button to save the Node properties.
  4. If any communications problems with the Node a 'Connection could not be established to node <SystemName>.' dialog will be displayed. Click the Details button to view communications errors.
  5. If the connection problem can not be determined from the communication errors, review the setup procedure that was used to Setup TCP/IP Communications Between a Hub and a Node.

Select the Properties action for the Node that is not connected.

Click OK on the Node properties panel.
