Allow Multiple Locations on the MOVMEDBRM Command

In releases IBM i 6.1 and later, the From location (LOC) parameter on the Move Media using BRM (MOVMEDBRM) command will allow multiple values to be specified. Using multiple From location values will allow one MOVMEDBRM command to be run from a central system even if the central system is not connected to the devices that are used by the other systems in the BRMS network.


NOTE:

  • In releases IBM i 7.1 and earlier, the following PTFs or their superseding PTFs are required:
       7.1 SI47935
       6.1 SI47934
