Deleting the OUTFILE in BRMS commands
Because BRMS may make changes to files between releases and new fields may have been added, it is recommended that if using OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) on any BRMS commands, the current outfiles be deleted prior to upgrading. The outfiles also can be deleted after upgrading to a new release but before using them. Failing to do so, and keeping existing outfiles may produce unpredictable results.
