Disable fast media positioning - Q1ANSTRPSN

In releases IBM i7.1 and later, IBM i native restore commands were enhanced with the ability to do fast media positioning when restoring specific objects from save media. Support for the function is enabled within BRMS by default. It may be necessary to disable fast positioning if a BRMS restore fails with message CPF5183. To disable the fast positioning function, run the following command:

CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QTEMP/Q1ANSTRPSN) TYPE(*CHAR)
