QUSRBRM.BACKUP_HISTORY_DOCUMENT View

The QUSRBRM.BACKUP_HISTORY_DOCUMENT view shows BRMS saved item information for documents in folders backed up on the system.

The values returned for the columns in this view are similar to the values returned by the Work with Saved Folders (WRKFLRBRM) command followed by option 9 to view the saved document objects.

  • You must have object level detail specified with *YES on the BRMS backup to have saved item information for documents in folders.

Authorization:  

The authorization ID of the statement must include the following privileges:

  • *OBJOPR and *READ authority to the QUSRBRM/BKU_DOC *FILE object.

The possible values are:

  • *ARC   Save part of archive processing.

  • *CUML The save was an incremental save including all objects that have been changed since the last full save.

  • *DAOSF The save was a full Domino Attached and Object Service (DAOS) backup.

  • *DAOSI The save was an incremental
    Domino Attached and Object Service (DAOS) backup.

  • *FILE The save is the result of a native IBM i save command (non-BRMS).

  • *FULL      The save was a full save.

  • *INCR The save was an incremental save
    includes all objects that have been changed since the last incremental save.

  • *LTSONL The save was a result of a full
    online backup of a Lotus server.

  • *LTSINC The save was a result of a full
    online backup of a Lotus server and subsequent incremental online backups.

  • *QBRM The save of BRMS media information stored in the QUSRBRM library.

Contains the null value if the item has never been saved before.

The reference timestamp for objects in the saved item that were saved as a result of an incremental save is displayed.

Contains the null value when an incremental save was not processed.

  • VERSION The volume expiration is using versions.

  • EXPVERSION The saved item is an expired version.

The volume version number of the saved item, when EXPIRATION is set to VERSION. The number of versions can range from 1 - 365.

The the media file number of the saved item that is part of a parallel set. If the saved item is not a member of a parallel set, the media file number is one for serial and tape and optical media and is zero for save files.

The total number of sets that make up the parallel set. If the saved item is not a member of a parallel set, the number of volume sets is one for serial and tape and optical media and is zero for save files.

The package number assigned to the saved item. A package is a group of related media files. This allows separate save operations to be tied to one entity of related objects from one or multiple save operations.

This key can be used with the Resume key (RSMKEY)

dependent on the physical files being saved are also
saved. The access paths are saved only if all members on the logical file access paths were saved with the objects for the saved item.

The possible values are:

  • NO Only those objects specified on the command are saved. No logical file access paths are saved.

  • YES The selected physical files and all logical file access paths over them are saved.
